1923 Bungalow Basement Conversion

This project will convert the Basement of this 1923 Bungalow into an Entertainment Space, Guest Bedroom, and 2nd Bathroom in the home. Extra space is needed for guests and a Home Office/Entertainment area for the retired residents! With 985 square feet of current living space, the 700 sq. ft. Basement Addition will result in nearly doubling the total living space in the home.

1977 Contemporary Kitchen and Living Area Remodel

This Kitchen Remodel will rejuvenate a tired 1970’s blue tile oasis into a new Contemporary layout by opening up the Kitchen to the Living Room, installing new cabinets, countertops, cutting edge appliances, and culinary functionality! The adjoining Living and Dining Rooms will get a facelift with fresh paint and new white oak hardwood floors.
