Shugart Residence
This 1906 Craftsman Bungalow is located in Southeast Portland’s Mt. Scott-Arleta Neighborhood. The home had no garage, so the access from the rear alley provided the perfect opportunity to build an oversized one-car garage with plenty of room for hobbies. We constructed a beautiful garage and trellis leading to the rear deck to match the style of the existing home, installed new exterior siding on the house, constructed a sandstone acid-washed concrete walkway around the entire house, and re-landscaped the front and rear yards. These improvements add tremendous value to the home by increasing its functionality and curb appeal.
