Zenobia Residence
This 1923 Sears Catalog Craftsman Home is located in Northeast Portland’s Grant Park neighborhood. The exterior paint, roof, and front porch trellis had been neglected by its previous owner. After extensive exterior wood replacement, paint removal, and roof reconstruction, the home received a brand new outer skin that will make it last for many more decades.
Calhoun Residence
This 1967 Split-Level Home is located in Southwest Portland’s Raleigh Hills neighborhood. A second-story kitchen addition was on the agenda. We made structural improvements to the existing home and deck where a kitchen addition was constructed to accommodate a full re-design of the interior layout.
