1923 NE Bungalow Basement Conversion Progress

Follow our progress as we journey through a Basement Conversion Project. I will try to get weekly photo updates on the Blog.
This project will convert the Basement of this 1923 Bungalow into an Entertainment Space, Guest Bedroom, and 2nd Bathroom in the home. Extra space is needed for guests and a Home Office/Entertainment area for the retired residents! With 985 square feet of current living space, the 700 sq. ft. Basement Addition will result in nearly doubling the total living space in the home.
Our Clients called us from a project flyer like this one that was left at their home while we worked in the neighborhood in the Fall of 2008. When they were ready to move forward, we were here!
Here is where we are as of July 13, 2010… The new 98% efficient Coleman Furnace, HVAC duct modifications, underfloor and rough plumbing, and electrical are complete. Just a little bit more framing, and we’ll be ready for insulation and sheetrock.
